Sustainability
At FARM FAES, we understand sustainability as a necessary and essential way of working.
We are aware that our activity has an economic, social and environmental impact, so we take care in every aspect of our work. We continually assess best practice, with sustainability at our core.
Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do and we are committed to contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda.
ONE HEALTH Commitment
Our commitment as a responsible and sustainable company leads us to put the ONE HEALTH concept at the centre: preserving the health and well-being of people, animals and the environment. It is a maxim that guides the entire process of manufacturing products and offering services in each of the companies that make up the FARM FAES group.

Everything we can do for sustainability. And more.
We consider it necessary to quantify and evaluate the actions we take. For this reason, we are voluntarily adhering to the Decalogue for the Integral Sustainability of the Agri-Food Industry. It is a tool promoted by the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, which allows companies in the sector to carry out a comprehensive sustainability self-assessment.
We are also partners of the Food Innovation and Sustainability Group (GIS), having collaborated in the preparation of the Practical Guide for the fulfilment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in agri-food SMEs, encouraging other companies in the sector to contribute to the achievement of these goals.
In parallel, we have quantified the Carbon Footprint of all the group's companies using the tool provided by the Spanish Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge. In addition, we are registered in the Carbon Footprint Register at the electronic headquarters of the Ministry of Environment. To achieve continuous improvement, we have implemented a Carbon Footprint Management System that allows us to articulate measures to reduce the group's environmental impact, certified under ISO 14064-1:2019.
In order to translate our social, economic and environmental commitments into action, we have established the FARM FAES Sustainability Action Plan:
